WHO WE ARE
The Brentham Society is a registered Charity No. 1079724. We were established to increase awareness and help protect the charm and character of the Brentham Garden Suburb. Your annual subscriptions and donations help us to achieve these aims.
WHAT INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
- name, postal address and e-mail address as supplied on your membership form.
- records of your subscriptions and other donations paid
HOW WE USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
The Committee holds this information for the purposes of keeping subscriptions up-to-date. We may also use the information to keep you informed of relevant local issues and events organised for members and residents. We do not sell your information to third parties, nor do we disclosure the details you provide us to other people except if required by law.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We keep information about you on password protected computers which use the latest antivirus software. We keep subscriptions records as long as required to comply with statutory requirements. In most cases this will be for six years from the end of the tax year. But we would like to keep these records for historical/archives purposes only, if you agree.
